Creates a publicly accessible online registry maintained by the Mississippi Criminal Information Center listing individuals convicted of animal abuse offenses against domesticated dogs and cats, effective January 1, 2023

Covers felony cruelty to dogs or cats, animal fighting involving dogs, and injury or killing of public service animals, including convictions from guilty pleas, nolo contendere pleas, and pretrial diversions

Registry entries must include booking photograph, full legal name, and other identifying information, but cannot include social security numbers, driver's license numbers, or other government ID numbers

First-time offenders remain on the registry for 10 years and are removed if no subsequent animal abuse convictions occur; repeat offenders are listed permanently

Court clerks must forward conviction information to the Mississippi Criminal Information Center within 60 days of judgment; names can be removed if the offense is expunged
