Expands juror eligibility to allow residents of contiguous counties who have lived there for more than one year to serve as competent jurors in neighboring counties

Requires circuit clerks and voter registrars, upon request from a contiguous county's jury commission, to certify and provide their county's voter registration list to that commission

Mandates that requests for contiguous county voter lists must receive written approval from the senior circuit court judge of the judicial district before being submitted

Effective date of July 1, 2022
