Prohibits any Mississippi state agency, department, political subdivision, or their employees from planning, implementing, assisting, or cooperating with federal gun restrictions enacted on or after the bill's effective date

Specifically targets federal laws, rules, regulations, or orders that attempt to ban or restrict ownership of semiautomatic firearms or firearm magazines

Bars state cooperation with federal requirements to register firearms, magazines, or firearm accessories

Prevents state assistance with federal efforts to confiscate firearms, magazines, or accessories from law-abiding Mississippi citizens

Effective date of January 1, 2022
