Revises Section 27-19-56.93 to change the organization receiving the major portion of additional fees from the Breast Cancer Awareness license tag from the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to the Mississippi Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program.

Removes language designating specific Susan G. Komen affiliates (Central Mississippi Steel Magnolia Affiliate and North Mississippi Affiliate) from the advisory role in designing the license tag.

Maintains the $30 annual additional fee structure with $24 of each fee going to the designated cancer program, $1 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to the State Highway Fund, and $1 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
