Creates a Division of Reentry and Prison Industry within the Mississippi Department of Corrections, transferring all assets and employees from the Mississippi Prison Industries Corporation to this new division

Dissolves the Mississippi Prison Industries Corporation by December 31, 2022, with the board prohibited from entering new contracts or incurring debt after July 1, 2022

Requires existing contracts to be satisfied or terminated by October 1, 2022, and all debts settled before December 31, 2022

Reconstitutes the Mississippi Prison Industries Corporation Board of Directors as an advisory board (rather than governing body) for the new division

Requires the Department of Corrections to hire an executive director to serve as chief administrative officer for the new division, with assets transferred to support reentry programs
