Amends Section 47-7-36 of the Mississippi Code to require parole and probation officers to schedule meetings at times and locations that accommodate the work schedules of employed individuals under supervision.

Authorizes parole and probation officers to use technology portals such as Skype, FaceTime, Google video chat, or similar real-time video communication platforms as an alternative to in-person meetings.

Requires the Department of Corrections to promulgate rules and regulations establishing minimum standards for authorized technology, guidelines for its use, and eligibility criteria for individuals to use technology-based reporting.

Specifies that eligibility and suitability standards must consider the severity of the underlying criminal conviction, criminal history, supervision level, and past supervision history of the individual on parole or probation.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
