Extends prohibition on electioneering activities to all persons within polling places and in any public area within 150 feet of any operable entrance to a polling place.

Prohibits oral, printed, or written attempts to persuade persons to refrain from voting or to vote for or against any candidate, constitutional amendment, local issue, or ballot measure.

Prohibits posting or distributing campaign literature, cards, posters, or other materials supporting or opposing any candidate, constitutional amendment, local issue, or ballot measure in the restricted area.

Prohibits wearing or displaying apparel, badges, buttons, pins, stickers, or insignia identifying any candidate, constitutional amendment, local issue, or ballot measure by name, photo, or likeness.

Prohibits candidates or their representatives from appearing at polling places while armed, uniformed, or displaying badges or credentials except those issued by the polling place manager.

Requires election officials and law enforcement to enforce the section.

Effective July 1, 2022.
