Authorizes the Mississippi Secretary of State to serve dissolution notices to corporations and LLCs via electronic mail to the registered agent's email address on file, as an alternative to first-class mail

Amends Section 79-4-14.21 of the Mississippi Business Corporation Act to allow email notification when the Secretary of State determines grounds exist for dissolving a corporation

Amends Section 79-29-823 of the Revised Mississippi Limited Liability Company Act to permit email service of administrative dissolution determinations to LLCs

Corporations and LLCs retain 60 days after receiving notice to correct dissolution grounds or demonstrate the grounds do not exist before administrative dissolution takes effect

Takes effect immediately upon passage
