Amends Section 9-1-59 of the Mississippi Code to require all justice courts in the state to accept pleadings and other papers served, filed, signed, or verified by electronic means in conformity with the Mississippi Electronic Court System procedures.

Establishes a deadline of July 1, 2025 for justice courts to implement electronic filing acceptance.

Complements existing requirements for circuit, chancery, and county courts, which were already required to implement electronic filing by July 1, 2021.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
