Creates Section 23-15-9 of the Mississippi Code to prohibit the Secretary of State, State Board of Election Commissioners, registrars of voters, boards of supervisors, municipal governing authorities, county election commissions, and other election-conducting entities from accepting private monetary donations from any source.

Applies the prohibition to private funds donated directly or indirectly for two purposes: conducting elections or compensating individuals to assist in conducting elections.

Effective July 1, 2022.
