Requires freshwater fishing guides, outfitters, skippers, and captains who use boats to obtain an annual fishing guide boat license and decal for $250.00.

Applicants must register their boat with the department and provide a driver's license copy, proof of liability insurance, and other information as required by regulation.

Prohibits fishing guides and crew from keeping any fish caught by their clients and from obtaining a recreational bag limit of fish themselves.

Establishes that the presence of a guide, crew member, or boat mate does not count toward the boat's daily possession limit for game fish.

Violations are classified as Class II violations punishable under Section 9-7-143; becomes effective July 1, 2022.
