Amends Section 49-23-9 of Mississippi Code to revise maximum height limits for outdoor advertising sign structures erected on or after April 15, 2008.

Changes height restriction to apply to replacements of sign structures, in addition to newly erected structures, capping height at 40 feet above road grade or site grade whichever is applicable.

Maintains existing size restrictions for signs erected after July 1, 2003: maximum 672 square feet per sign face, 14 feet height, and 48 feet length.

Preserves spacing requirements of 500 feet minimum between structures in commercial, industrial, and incorporated areas, with exceptions for signs existing prior to April 15, 2008.

Effective date: July 1, 2022.
