Amends Mississippi Code sections 63-5-19 and 63-7-47 to clarify requirements for illuminating loads that extend beyond vehicle rear ends.

Modifies references in section 63-5-19 to allow daylight-only operation exceptions as provided in section 63-7-47(2), in addition to existing exceptions in section 63-5-21.

Updates section 63-7-47(2) to require vehicles transporting timber products with loads extending 4 feet or more beyond the rear to display a rotating or oscillating amber strobe or light-emitting diode light during the period defined in section 63-7-11 (sunset to sunrise).

Changes the timing reference from "one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise" to align with the period described in section 63-7-11.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
