Requires every county in Mississippi to develop, launch, and sustain a certified ACT Work Ready Community.

Mandates each county's board of supervisors organize a cross-agency team including government, education, workforce, economic development, and business/chamber leaders.

Each county must select two team members to participate in the ACT Work Ready Communities Academy, with applications due by July 1, 2023.

Counties are responsible for paying registration fees and travel reimbursement costs for their two academy participants.

Effective date is July 1, 2022.
