Grants Mississippi Bureau of Investigation jurisdiction to investigate all officer-involved shootings resulting in injury or death, except those involving MBI members (investigated by Attorney General-designated agencies), and makes Attorney General's Office exclusively responsible for prosecuting all such cases.
