Prohibits candidates for nonpartisan judicial office from accepting contributions that are not reported before the election date

Requires political committees of nonpartisan judicial candidates to open a bank checking account for all campaign funds

Mandates that all campaign funds must be deposited into and disbursed from the designated checking account

Bars political committees of nonpartisan judicial candidates from borrowing money from banks or endorsing any bank notes

Effective date of July 1, 2022
