Establishes pilot reentry courts in Mississippi's First, Seventh, and Fifteenth Circuit Court Districts, authorized by senior circuit court judges in those districts.

Creates the Offender Rehabilitation and Workforce Development Program at the Mississippi Department of Corrections with a maximum three-year completion period; participants ineligible for parole or earned/trusty time while in the program.

Allows second or subsequent offenders to be sentenced to the program if they meet eligibility criteria (no sex offense convictions, no crimes of violence except house burglary, suspended sentence not exceeding 20 years, no habitual offender sentencing), and upon successful completion, their remaining sentence is suspended with probation under reentry court supervision.

Prohibits law enforcement officers from mentioning or offering program participation as an inducement to obtain statements, confessions, or constitutional rights waivers from accused persons.

Requires the Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review to report on reentry court and program effectiveness by December 1, 2025; the act repeals on July 1, 2025.
