Establishes a secure internet website through the Secretary of State to allow first-time voters with valid Mississippi driver's licenses or photo identification to submit online voter registration applications.

Online registration system verifies applicant information against Mississippi Department of Public Safety records, including driver's license number, name, date of birth, and citizenship status.

Allows registered voters to use the online system to change their name, address, or other registration information, or to terminate their voter registration.

County registrars review all online applications and may reject them if required information does not match Department of Public Safety records or if the application is incomplete.

Requires the Secretary of State and Department of Public Safety to enter into a memorandum of understanding to share information necessary to facilitate online voter registration.

Effective date: July 1, 2022.
