Requires the words "OFFICIAL BALLOT FOR (GENERAL)/(PRIMARY)/(RUNOFF) ELECTION" or similar language to be printed conspicuously on the front of all paper ballots, in at least 10-point font, along with the voting precinct name, election date, and names of election commission members.

Mandates that all absentee voter ballots include an official watermark approved by the Secretary of State, which must be furnished to county election commissioners at least 55 days before the election.

Requires the resolution board examining absentee ballots to verify the official watermark during the ballot validation process before depositing ballots in the ballot box.

Conforms existing ballot printing requirements in primary elections (Section 23-15-333) and general elections (Section 23-15-367) to the new front-of-ballot specification requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
