Creates the Mississippi Pink Alert System Act of 2022, establishing a statewide rapid response system to notify the public about missing persons suspected of being sex trafficking victims.

Requires Pink Alert activation requests to come from law enforcement agencies and meet four criteria: victim believed to be sex trafficking victim, person in imminent danger, missing person report filed with local law enforcement (all waiting periods waived), and incident reported to Department of Public Safety Bureau of Investigation.

Directs originating law enforcement agencies to waive waiting periods, notify Mississippi Highway Patrol Headquarters Communication Center, enter information into National Crime Information Center (NCIC), initiate alert bulletins to local agencies, activate secondary alert systems to residents and media, provide 24-hour phone number, and update family/caregivers.

Authorizes the Department of Public Safety Criminal Information Center to review cases for statewide Pink Alert activation based on factors including imminent harm threat, circumstances of disappearance, witness information, and evidence of criminal intent.

Establishes alternate mass notification via email for cases not meeting full Pink Alert criteria, to be sent to law enforcement agencies and news media with disclaimer that activation is at each entity's discretion.
