Reduces the deadline for voters who cast affidavit ballots due to lack of photo ID from five business days to three business days after the election to present acceptable identification to the circuit or municipal clerk's office

Applies the same three-day deadline reduction for voters claiming a religious objection to being photographed who must execute an Affidavit of Religious Objection

Voters without proper ID at the polls may still cast an affidavit ballot, but must return within the shortened timeframe to ensure their vote is counted

Amends Mississippi Code Sections 23-15-563 and 23-15-573 regarding voter identification requirements and affidavit ballot procedures
