Adds a 13th ground for divorce in Mississippi allowing either party to petition when the court finds an "irretrievable breakdown of the marriage" and that reconciliation attempts are impractical, futile, or not in the best interests of the parties or family

Simplifies the desertion ground for divorce by removing the requirement that desertion be "willful and obstinate," requiring only "continued desertion" for one year

Expands the total number of legal grounds for divorce in Mississippi from 12 to 13
