Allows the Mississippi Division of Medicaid to revert to a previously approved state plan if a new state plan amendment submitted under Section 43-13-117 is disapproved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

Authorizes continued operation under the prior approved plan specifically to preserve federal matching funds

Requires the Division of Medicaid to notify the Chairmen of the House and Senate Medicaid Committees when a state plan amendment is disapproved

Takes effect immediately upon passage
