Provides an annual salary supplement of $5,000 to licensed teachers with five or more years of experience who teach at least one full academic year in an "F"-designated school within an "F"-designated school district.

Authorizes reimbursement for relocation expenses (moving costs) for qualifying teachers who meet the five-year experience requirement, with funds available under state appropriations.

Authorizes reimbursement for interview expenses for qualifying teachers under the same conditions, subject to available funding.

Allows the salary supplement to be awarded in addition to other salary supplements under existing law for National Board Certification and critical geographic area assignments.

Effective July 1, 2022.
