Expands the definition of "publicity rights" for student-athletes beyond name, image, and likeness to include reputation, fame, and personal following

Allows postsecondary educational institutions to facilitate opportunities connecting student-athletes with third parties interested in name, image, and likeness (NIL) agreements

Removes the previous prohibition that prevented student-athletes from entering NIL agreements or receiving compensation before enrolling at a postsecondary institution

Prohibits athletic associations (such as the NCAA and NJCAA) from penalizing institutions or their athletic programs for compliance with Mississippi's NIL compensation law

Updates the Uniform Athlete Agents Act warning to clarify that signing an agency contract for NIL purposes under Section 37-97-103 does not automatically result in loss of eligibility
