Prohibits the sale of single or loose unpacked cigarettes in Mississippi

Allows the Commissioner of Revenue to authorize giveaways of sample cigarette packages containing at least 2 cigarettes, provided taxes have been paid

Requires mandatory permit revocation for any retail dealer or person who violates the loose cigarette sales prohibition

Bans tobacco sales from the physical premises where a violation occurs for 6 months on the first offense

Imposes a 12-month ban on tobacco sales from the premises for second and subsequent violations

Effective date: July 1, 2022
