Authorizes distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of the Baptist Health Foundation, with design determined by the Department of Revenue in consultation with the Foundation's Executive Director

Requires an additional $30.00 annual fee for the distinctive tag, payable at initial application and each renewal, on top of standard registration taxes and fees

Distributes the $30.00 fee as follows: $24.00 to the Baptist Health Foundation, $2.00 to the tax collector (county general fund), $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2

Replacement tags for lost or stolen plates cost $10.00, with 5% retained by the tax collector and the remainder distributed according to the standard formula
