Amends Mississippi Code Section 5-1-41 to allow Senators, Representatives, and the Lieutenant Governor to receive the $1,500 monthly office expense allowance for every month of their term beginning January 1, 2024

Removes the current restriction that excludes months when the Legislature is convened in regular or extraordinary session from the office expense allowance

Maintains existing compensation of $10,000 per regular session for legislators plus mileage allowance

Maintains existing per diem of $75 per day plus mileage for extraordinary or called sessions

Contains a conflicting effective date provision stating the act takes effect July 1, 2022, but shall stand repealed on June 30, 2022
