Allows state agencies to authorize telework for employees with a telework policy approved by the State Personnel Board, effective July 1, 2022.

Requires appointing authorities implementing telework to determine if it benefits the agency, protect confidential information, require signed telework agreements, and maintain in-office staff for public contact.

Telework agreements must include work schedules, supervisory oversight through work product review, information security protocols, and accessibility procedures for coworkers and clients.

Requires agencies to report teleworking employees' names, job titles, and schedules to the State Personnel Board, which must submit an annual report to legislative committees by December 31.

Sunsets telework provisions on July 1, 2023, unless renewed by the legislature.
