Amends Section 67-1-5, Mississippi Code of 1972, to add a new category (item 35) to the definition of "qualified resort area" under the Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law

Includes any facility used by a soccer club located on Old Highway 11 between 0.1 and 0.2 miles from its intersection with Oak Grove Road in a county where U.S. Highway 98 and Mississippi Highway 589 intersect as a qualified resort area

Allows such soccer club facilities to qualify as a qualified resort area without requiring prior departmental approval, as the status is automatically designated

Effective upon passage of the bill
