Amends Section 27-19-53 of Mississippi Code to require special license tags for 100% permanently disabled veterans to display the name and emblem of each branch of the United States Armed Forces.

Veterans rated 100% permanently service-connected disabled by the Veterans' Administration may purchase up to two motor vehicle tags and one motorcycle tag annually for $1.00 each, exempt from ad valorem and privilege taxes.

Surviving spouses of eligible deceased veterans may apply for and renew the same number of tags for life, provided they remain unmarried.

Effective date is July 1, 2022, when the new tags with Armed Forces branch names and emblems must begin being issued.

Violating provisions or falsely claiming benefits under this section constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of at least $1,000 or at least 90 days imprisonment in county jail.
