Reenacts "The Energy Academy Act" which authorizes the Vicksburg-Warren School District and Claiborne County Board of Education to partner with nuclear energy facilities, Warren County, and the Mississippi Development Authority to operate an Energy High School Academy

Provides career education, potential internships, and continuing education for students in grades 8-12 in Warren and Claiborne Counties preparing for careers in the energy industry

Establishes an eight-member Energy High School Academy Partnership Council to administer the program, with representatives from the nuclear facility, both school districts, MDA, local school boards, and local chambers of commerce

Creates the "Energy High School Academy Fund" in the State Treasury for start-up and operating costs, to be administered by MDA with funding from public or private grants

Extends the repeal date for the Energy Academy Act from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2025
