Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds totaling up to $375,000 to assist the Board of Supervisors of Greene County in paying costs for construction of a Mississippi State University Extension Service building.

Creates a special fund designated the "2022 Greene County MSU Extension Service Building Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the project.

Bonds may be issued at any time or in multiple installments, but no bonds shall be issued after July 1, 2026.

Bonds may mature in up to 25 years with interest rates not exceeding limits in Section 75-17-101, Mississippi Code of 1972, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

Any remaining fund balance after project completion shall be applied to pay debt service on the issued bonds, and investment earnings on the fund shall be used for debt service.
