Appropriates $11,000,000 from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund to the State Department of Health for the MAGnet Community Health Disparity Program for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023)

Funds must be used to address disproportionate COVID-19 infection and death rates in minority and disadvantaged communities through prevention plans, vaccine distribution equity efforts, and remote patient monitoring for high-risk patients

Federally Qualified Health Centers in Mississippi are eligible to receive funding through the program by submitting applications to the MAGnet Community Health Corporation

Department of Health must verify each expenditure complies with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) requirements and ensure recipients have not received duplicate reimbursement from other sources

Recipients who improperly spend funds that are later flagged by federal inspectors must repay those amounts to Mississippi for return to the federal government
