Appropriates $6,116,874.00 from the State General Fund and $149,179,989.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Community College Board for administrative expenses for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023).

Authorizes 52 permanent positions for the Mississippi Community College Board and establishes the Greenville Higher Education Center funding at $542,459.00.

Allocates $50,831,802.00 for the Workforce Education Program and Industrial Training, with $30,000,000.00 derived from unemployment compensation contributions for workforce training.

Appropriates $30,700,000.00 from the Education Enhancement Fund for Career & Technical Education (CTE) Center construction, renovation, and equipment upgrades across eight school districts and community colleges.

Appropriates $22,000,000.00 from the Education Enhancement Fund for nursing school construction and improvements at Hinds, Jones, and Holmes Community Colleges, plus a dormitory project at Northwest Community College.
