Appropriates $1,400,000 from the State General Fund and $165,676,036 from special funds to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023)

Authorizes 479 permanent positions and 135 time-limited positions for the department

Allocates $33,047,000 from the Unemployment Trust Fund for One-Stop Career Center operations, unemployment compensation administration, employment services automation, fraud reduction, and facility improvements

Designates up to $3,000,000 from State Workforce Investment Funds for the State Workforce Investment Board and up to $15,000,000 from the Mississippi Works Fund for department use

Provides $200,000 for Pathways2Possibilities program and up to $1,400,000 for the Mississippi Integrated Education and Workforce State Longitudinal Data System
