Authorizes an additional $236,401 in special source funds for the authority's expenses during the same fiscal year

Authorizes 3 permanent positions with no time-limited positions for the agency

Prohibits use of state motor vehicles for anything other than official state business and requires compliance with state vehicle regulations

Requires the authority to maintain complete accounting and personnel records and prohibits incurring obligations exceeding appropriated amounts
