Appropriates $3,851,052.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023).

Authorizes 20 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the agency.

Establishes performance targets for FY2023 including 100% licensure issuance within 10 business days, 100% renewals within 2 business days, and 100% complaint resolution within 6 months.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as FY2022 and submit budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Allows the Board of Pharmacy to accept and expend funds from other state agencies to support the Prescription Monitoring Program.
