Appropriates $8,046,958 from the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund to the Department of Finance and Administration for fiscal year 2022 to distribute funds to nonentitlement units of local government under the American Rescue Plan Act.

Provides additional appropriations totaling approximately $476.4 million for fiscal year 2022 to multiple agencies including Medicaid ($466.8 million), Institutions of Higher Learning Student Financial Aid ($3.5 million), Mississippi Emergency Management Agency ($4.6 million), State Department of Health ($865,000), Wireless Communication Commission ($606,242), State Veterans Affairs Board ($103,113), and Joint Reapportionment Committee ($15,000).
