Tax revenue funds debt service on bonds for the Mississippi Telecommunication Conference and Training Facility, as well as facility maintenance, renovations, and improvements

Updates statutory language to replace references to "State Tax Commission" with "Department of Revenue" for tax collection and administration

Tax proceeds are deposited into the Mississippi Telecommunication Conference and Training Facility Reserve Fund in the State Treasury

Effective date of July 1, 2022
