Authorizes the State Bond Commission to issue general obligation bonds up to $1,000,000 to assist Attala County Board of Supervisors with road improvements in Supervisor District 4.

Creates a special fund called the "2022 Attala County Supervisor District 4 Road Improvements Fund" to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the road improvement project costs.

Bonds shall mature within 25 years from date of issue, with interest rates not exceeding limits set in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101, and may be called for redemption at the state's option.

Bonds are general obligations of the State of Mississippi backed by the full faith and credit of the state; bonds and income are exempt from state taxation.

No bonds may be issued after July 1, 2026; any remaining fund balance after project completion shall be applied to pay debt service on the bonds.
