Authorizes issuance of up to $400,000 in State of Mississippi general obligation bonds to assist Yalobusha County Board of Supervisors in rebuilding a bridge on County Road 221 over the Skuna River

Creates the "2022 Yalobusha County Skuna River Bridge Replacement Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury, separate from the General Fund, with no lapsing of unexpended amounts at fiscal year end

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all taxation in Mississippi and qualify as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, savings banks, trust companies, and insurance companies

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2026
