Authorizes the City of Oxford, Mississippi's mayor and board of aldermen to permit electronic signatures on warrant applications for violations of the Implied Consent Law (related to DUI/blood alcohol testing)

Electronic records and signatures for these warrant applications shall have full legal effect and cannot be denied enforceability solely because they are in electronic form

Requires security procedures for digital signature applications, including authentication measures, encryption, and electronic recordkeeping of warrants with timestamps

Electronic affidavits with digital signatures satisfy constitutional oath requirements when made under penalty of perjury and comply with security procedures, without requiring an oral oath

The authorization is limited to the corporate limits of Oxford and includes a sunset provision repealing the law on July 1, 2024
