Recognizes Holly Lange, Founding Director of the Mississippi Book Festival, as the recipient of the 2022 Governor's Arts Award Governor's Choice

Holly Lange founded the Mississippi Book Festival in 2015, a "Literary Lawn Party" that drew over 9,000 attendees in 2019 with 170 authors on 47 panels, reaching more than 15,000 people total

Lange previously managed the Jubilee! JAM Music and Arts Festival and Crossroads Film Festival, and helped open the B.B. King Museum, Institute of Southern Jewish Life, and Mississippi Civil Rights and History Museums

She has served on boards including the Mississippi Museum of Art, Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, Millsaps College, and Craftsmen's Guild of Mississippi

The resolution directs that it be presented to Holly Lange at the Governor's Arts Awards ceremony
