Expresses the Mississippi Legislature's deepest sympathy on the passing of Third District Circuit Court Judge Robert Kenneth "Ken" Coleman of New Albany, who died on January 25, 2022, at age 85

Judge Coleman served as District Attorney of the Third Circuit Court District (covering Benton, Calhoun, Chickasaw, Lafayette, Marshall, Tippah, and Union Counties) beginning in 1975 until his 1986 appointment as Circuit Court Judge by Governor Bill Allain

Served as Circuit Court Judge until retiring as Senior Circuit Judge in 2002, then continued serving as a Senior Status Circuit Judge by Supreme Court appointment until 2016

Recognizes his military service in the Mississippi Army National Guard and Reserves, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class, and his leadership roles including President of the Mississippi Prosecutors Association

Directs the resolution be presented to Judge Coleman's surviving family, forwarded to the Mississippi Supreme Court, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps
