Congratulates the Northwest Mississippi Community College Cheer Team for winning the Open Small Co-Ed National Championship at the UCA/UDA National Cheer Competition

The team scored 94.3 in semifinals and 91.9 in finals, defeating Drury University, Wilmington University, Coastal Alabama Community College, University of Southern Indiana, and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College

Recognizes third-year Coach Brandon Casey for earning his third National Title with the program

The team also placed fourth in the Open Co-Ed Game Day Competition, competing against Division I and small college programs with a score of 94.43

Directs the resolution be presented to Coach Casey, college President Michael J. Heindl, the Board of Trustees, and the Mississippi Community College Board
