Highlights that early intervention, education, social support, therapeutic care, and positive public attitudes improve outcomes for individuals with Down syndrome

Directs the resolution be forwarded to the National Down Syndrome Society, Mississippi Coalition for Individuals with Disabilities, and Mississippi Department of Mental Health
