Extends recognition and congratulations of the Mississippi Senate to country singer, songwriter and musician Charlie Worsham from Jackson, Mississippi.

Acknowledges Worsham's music career highlights including 10 years as a Warner Brothers Country Artist, songwriting for Sony Music Publishing, and songs recorded by Kenny Chesney, Dierks Bentley, Vince Gill and others.

Recognizes his performance achievements including ACM nominations for Specialty Instrument Player of the Year (2020) and Acoustic Player of the Year (2022), over 80 Grand Ole Opry appearances, and touring with Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert and other major artists.

Highlights his charitable work through the Follow Your Heart Scholarship Program (18 scholarships) and Follow Your Heart Arts Program (230+ guitars and 80 ukuleles distributed with free lessons to students).

Directs the resolution be presented to Worsham and forwarded to the Mississippi Tourism Association and Mississippi Arts Commission.
