Amends Section 61-3-19 of the Mississippi Code to allow airport authorities to dispose of personal property determined to have zero fair market value without following standard disposal procedures.

Requires the authority to find and document in its official minutes that the personal property has a fair market value of zero before disposing of the property.

Permits the authority to dispose of zero-value property in any manner the authority deems appropriate and in its best interest, provided no official or employee of the authority may personally benefit from the disposal.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
