Permits employees of motor vehicle sales finance licensees to work from home or remote locations selected by the employee, subject to conditions including data security safeguards, prohibition of in-person customer interactions at remote locations, and maintenance of a dedicated workspace for business.

Requires licensees that allow remote work to pay a special examination fee in addition to regular examination fees, while licensees prohibiting remote work are exempt from this fee.

Prohibits licensees from designating remote work locations on their license or to consumers as business locations.

Authorizes the commissioner to charge special examination fees based on the average daily cost of all department examiners plus actual and necessary expenses, with fees deposited into the Department of Banking and Consumer Finance's Maintenance Fund.

Exempts banks, trust companies, private bankers, industrial banks, and investment companies authorized to conduct business in Mississippi from the remote work provisions.
